1939 - Another seamen's fight at the Light House Cafe

The Lighthouse Cafe, 776 Washington St., Lynn, MA

Drunkenness and bar fights were not unusual at the Light House Cafe, which was popular with seamen due to its proximity to the waterfront. In this 1939 news clip, two seamen are ordered to get out of Lynn.
